5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
In Short: We do not currently offer social media login.
Bandhan accounts are created and accessed using your mobile number and a password. We do not offer the option to register or log in with Facebook, X, or other third-party social media accounts, and we do not receive social media profile information (such as your name, friends list, or profile picture) from any such provider.
If we introduce social login in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice to describe what information we receive and how we use it.
6. Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in India. Regardless of your location, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and in the facilities of the third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see "WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?" above), including facilities in India and other countries.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
